All welcome - no previous experience needed. Very gentle and responsive.

We're finally making it to the amazing Grimspound prehistoric Dartmoor settlement (1,500 - 800 BC) with its 24 hut circles, surrounded by a low wall.
We'll start and finish by Warren House Inn (the second highest pub in England). We'll head south-southeast through Soussons Down forest and then east to Challacombe medieval village. We'll then track north through the pretty Challacombe valley and then east with a short climb up the north side of Hameldown Tor to Grimspound. After spending some time here connecting with the land, we'll head west along Vitifer Mine Leat back to Warren House Inn.
If it's cold and/or wet and we need a warm up and a hot drink by the end of our walk - and it feels right - the Warren House Inn has a famous open fire that has been burning continuously since 1845. So, that should definitely warm us up if we need it!

After her fabulous dance last summer, we're in collaboration again with Robyn/thecelticboudica for another Ancestral Roots Dance Journey!
The dance is a golden opportunity to really let go and be led by whatever your body wants and needs to do. It's completely freestyle and liberating. As usual, we'll offer a cacao heart opener at the beginning and a simple, loosely guided meditative space at the end for all to imbibe in the vibrantly alive, yet deeply peaceful energy that fills the room.
The event is alcohol and substance free.
There's no need to book, just come along. We suggest a £5 donation to help cover our costs.

Following the popularity (oversubscription) of our first collaboration with Matchbox Sauna in November, we're teaming up with Josh and Eva again in beautiful Bellever forest in the heart of Dartmoor.
Join us on this beautiful 5 mile pilgrimage up onto Bellever Tor - with tors to the horizon in every direction, onto a collection of bronze age monuments on Lakehead Hill (including a stone row and Kistvaen) and onto Laughter Tor. We'll then retrace our steps along the lovely East Dart River river where there is the optional of a swim or dip and then, of course the further option of a virtually instant warm-up in the mobile sauna just a few metres away.
As Josh & Eva will have the sauna fired up and ready to go for an hour, you're welcome to stay and embrace the Finnish tradition of 'contrast bathing' (alternating sauna and cold dips), which promotes circulation, reduces inflammation and stiffness and aids all round rejuvenation.

Our first gathering of 2026 sees us back at back at the warm and homely Sourton Village Hall, perched on the edge of Dartmoor and only a mile from the A30 near Okehampton.
As usual, we'll take a deep dive into what it means to be our true selves as a man in the UK as 2026 progresses and share what we've learnt and realised on our journeys in this life.
We'll share inspiration for the easy stuff and share compassion for difficult stuff.
The afternoon will include an open discussion on anything you wish to bring. Nothing is off limits.
As usual, there's zero expectation that men say anything - you are welcome to come along and just listen.
Please bring lunch to share.
If the weather's OK (and maybe if it isn't!) we'll take a stroll up onto Sourton Tors, with their magnificent views across west Devon and east Cornwall to Bodmin Moor.
BYO lunch to share

Six of the group of seven perched on Harton Chest - a rocky outcrop with magnificent views through Lustleigh Cleave and the Moor beyond (May 2025)
Here's a testimonial from Sylvia for our Lustleigh Cleave Self~Nature Connection on 4th May last year....
"Dear Paul and Kate,
Here's a big Thank you to you both and the lovely group of people sharing the day with me. Lustleigh Cleave in May is one of the most beautiful spots with seemingly never ending carpets of bluebells in ancient woods.
Sitting on the rocky remainders of an ancient settlement in this enchanted place to be treated to a guided meditation introduced and completed by the sound of Kate's ocarina, rounding off the vision.
Taking in the breathtaking view from the Harton Chest ("heart on chest") rocky outcrop view point, connecting with the rocks whilst listening to a wise tale about the rock beings.
Swimming in the ice cold river- how invigorating, mindful and focussing! Enjoying a reading of moving poetry by one soul warrior and other soul warriors carrying a 'wood dragon' all the way back to the meeting point for a fellow soul warrior.
A wonderfully mindful journey through- and connection with- this enchanted landscape, being able to just be- brilliantly facilitated by Paul and Kate.
Namasté, Sylvia
